RESOLUTION 80-012
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE CITY
LICENSE FEE FOR CLUB LICENSES UN-
DER M.S. 340. 11, SUBDIVISION 11.
WHEREAS, Chapter 325•,, Laws 1979 gave the City the option to
increase the license fee for club liquor licenses is°sued under
M.S. 340.11, Subdivision 11; -
WHEREAS, the previous state established fee of $100 was inadequate
to meet the City' s administrative expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED that the license fee for club
licenses issued under M.S. 340.11, Subdivision 11 is hereby
increased to $300. 00.
Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1980.
