A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING A CHANGE IN
MINNESOTA STATUTES 275. 50, SUBDIVI-
SION 5 (n) (FORM 280, SCHEDULE -I) .
WHEREAS, the City has a great dependence on the municipal liquor
operation for operating expenses,
WHEREAS, while the operation' s profits have increased in recent
years, they. have not grown proportionately to inflation in the
1970 ' s,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony City Council
desires that a change in Minnesota Statutes 275.50, Subdivision
5 (n) be made to index miscellaneous revenue sources to the C.P.I .
and -to only include those revenues which are used for General
Operating Fund financed. services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to forward
a copy of -.this resolution to the City 's Representatives and Senators .
