RESOLUTION 80-017
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUNDS NOS. 69 AND 75A
WHEREAS, debt service funds Nos. 69 and 75A have met all out-
standing liabilities for principal, interest and other payments.,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the monies in these
two funds for other purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $6 ,763 . 37 be transferred from
Fund No. 69 and $1,736 . 63 be transferred from Fund No. 75A hereby
terminating these funds and transferring the sum of $8,500 . 00 to
Fund No. 80 - Water Fund Reserve.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any future receivables due to the
present Funds 69 and 75A be received into the Water Reserve Fund
(No. 80) as both of these bond issues were for water improvement
projects.
