A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUND 15
AND MODIFYING THE 1980 BUDGET
I
WHEREAS, Fund 15 contained monies received to be approp-
riated for Public Works Department equipment purchases ,
WHEREAS., the Fund is deemed redundant, with capital improvement
budgeting provided elsewhere,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Fund 15 is hereby terminated,
and its assets as of May 1, 1980 of $3, 331. 30 plus interest to
date and future receivables are transferred and .appropriated
accordingly:

Fund 15 (401-01) $3, 331. 30 Fund 101-4210-4530 $3, 331. 30
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1 ,000 appropriated for contracted
engine tune-ups be appropriated accordingly :

Fund 101-4220-3.200 $1 , 000 Fund 101-4210-4530 $1, 000
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the -fuel storage tank budgeted in
101-4210-4530 in the sum of $3, 500 plus the above. funds be
• appropriated to purchase the Auto-Tech Model 40-800 and dynomometer
for the sum of $7, 811. 64
