A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY MANAGER. TO EXECUTE THE
SWEEPING AGREEMENT WITH RAM SEY COUNTY
FOR 1980
Be It Resolved that the Mayor and. City Manager are authorized to
execute the Sweeping Agreement with Ramsey County for 1980 on
behalf of the City.

AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
• This agreement by and between the City of St. Anthony
Minnesota, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the ' City,
and the County of Ramsey, a political subdivision of the State of I':.innesota,
hereinafter referred to as the "County;"
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Engineers Department is responsible for the main-
tenance of certain roadways within said City and roadway sweeping is a portion
of that maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony proposes to assume the
roadway sweeping for the year 1980, and
WHEREAS, the County agrees to reimburse the City for performance of these
services.,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City shall sweep 0.48 miles of County roadways.
2. The City shall provide this service for $372.09 per mile (per year);
the total cost will be $ $178.60
• 3. The City shall provide complete sweeping services and disposal of sweep-
ings at least twice during the season.
4. The County shall pay the City for these services on submission of a
billing at the end of the sweeping season or by November 1,

executed.
