A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
A .STREET IN MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION
After discussion of a petition to vacate a portion of a street in
Mounds View Acres Second Addition, it was deemed in the interest of
the public. to. grant the vacation.. request ed in the 'pet' tion=. Council
member Sundland introduced the- following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the—City of St. Anthony
that the following described portion. of Sunset Lane as- dedicated in
the plat ,be, and the same. hereby is, declared and. ordered vacated
and discontinued:
That part of the South 1/2 of Sunset Lane lying between the
Northerly extension of the East and West lines of Lot 20 , Block
12 , MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION.
And that the. City Clerk be directed to. prepare and present to the
proper county offices notice of said vacation.
• The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was, seconded by
Letourneau , and upon vote being taken, thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Haik, Marks , Letourneau .
Ranallo and Sundland , and the following voted against
same: None
Whereupon. the resolution is duly passed and adopted.
