A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 80228
Be It Resolved that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the Second Amendment to Agreement
No. 80228 on behalf of the City of St. Anthony.

�I 1 . Physically inspect and revalue 250 of the REAL property.
Approximate dates - September 20 - December 1.
2 . Physically inspect and value all new construction ,
additions and renovations. Approximate dates -
December 1 to January 15 .
3 . . Conduct valuation hearings - 30 days prior to Board of
Review. Approximate dates - March and April .
4-. Attend. Board of Review. Per Board request, cake all
necessary review appraisals . Approximate date
May 1 to June 10 .
5 . As needed , per sales ratio findings , aggregate change
to those properties not revalued . approximate date -
March 1 to March 15.

11 . Make appraisals for, testify or negotiate all district
court or tax court filings , periodically during contract
term.
