A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANDLER ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has reviewed
the Chandler Addition Plat.
WHEREAS, the Plat is in conformance with City zoning and platting
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chandler Addition Plat is
hereby approved.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a
resolution presented to and adopted by the Council of the City of
St. Anthony, Minnesota at a duly authorized meeting thereof held

SUBJECT: Chandler Addition "Plat"
Ramsey County, at the time the Chandler property was sold by
auction, accrued the amount of property necessary to construct
County Road D. According -to Ramsey County engineers , they accrued
10 feet on this property, and -on the other properties they have
accrued 7 feet for the purpose of constructing. a sidewalk on the
north section of County Road D.
The Ramsey County Right-of-Way engineer. needs to update his con
• struction slope easement which has to be signed by Mr. Johnson.
I will take care of the necessary document when I receive it from
Ramsey County.. The other utilities- on this property are not
affected.
The drainage plans have been submitted and are strictly private.
The drainage plans have been submitted by Mr. Johnson with calcu-
lations of roof and parking lot area to be drained. . The control-
ling factors are taken care of by curbing and by .catch basin and
piping to an open ditch located to- the north of St. Anthony 's storm
sewer system.
I can see no problem filing -the plat as submitted.
