RESOLUTION 80-083
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
WITH PLANNING/ECONOMIC' ANALYSIS CONSULTANTS
Whereas, the City Council desires to study revitalization/redevelop-
ment options in the Kenzie Terrace area;
Whereas, the City desires to engage consultants to provide expertise
to the study Task Force;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the planning/economic research
firm(s) of Westwood Planning and Engineering, Inc.
are hereby engaged to undertake said study for fee (s) not to exceed
$21,000 and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City subject
to the legal requirements review and approval. of the agreement by
the City Attorney and compliance with all HUD 701, Metropolitan
Council and C.D.B.G. regulations.
