A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE POLICY
FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICE FOR THE REMOVAL OR
` CHIPPING OF SHADE TREES
Whereas the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has provided
a service for the residents for the purpose of disposing of the
trimmings of shade trees by chipping or removal.
Whereas., this service shall be provided once a year commencing
the 'last week in April and the first week in May with the
exception of storm damage to shade trees. The City staff would
determine the magnitude of the emergency and would continue
for a period of ten- days after said storm.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony hereby establishes this policy for the purpose of
regulating-services .
