RESOLUTION 80-097
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1980 BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that
the following budget transfers be made in the Police Department
overtime and employers contribution accounts due to unexpected cases
that occurred during the month of December, 1980 .
Section I - WHEREAS , pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Section
412 . 731, and
WHEREAS, the excess amount in the indicated account be appropriated
in the following manner:

Police Dept.-Regular Salaries Police Dept. Overtime Salaries

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above be. appropriated to
the indicated accounts .
