A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWSPAPER
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1981
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota, that the St. Anthony edition of the. Bulletin, a
legal. newspaper of general circulation in the City, be hereby
designated as the official newspaper of the City for 1981
in which shall be published such measures and matters as
are by laws of this state and .city code required to be
published; .and such other matters as the Council may deem
advisable and in the public interest to have published.

RESOLUTION 80-097
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1980 BUDGET
BF, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that
the following budget transfers be made in the Police Department
overtime and employers contribution accounts due to unexpected cases
that occurred during the month of December, 1980 .
Section I - WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
412 . 731, and
WHEREAS, the excess amount in the indicated account be appropriated
in the following manner:
