A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 81-01
ANTHONY LANE NORTH IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineering firm of Short-Elliott-
Hendrickson, Inc. , have heretofore reported to this Council that
improvement project number 1981-01 is feasible, and
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of
January, 1981, fixed a date, for a public hearing on. said improve-
ment, and
WHEREAS, ten (:10) days ' published notice of said hearing through
two weekly publications was given and the hearing was held on the
10th day of February, 1981, at which time all persons . desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interest of the
City that said improvements be made, consisting of storm sewer,
curb and gutter, bituminous .roadway (Section 2 design) and water-
line,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
• St. Anthony, .Hennepin and Ramsey Counties , Minnesota, that improve-
ment project number 81-01 pursuant- to the preliminary engineering
report and public hearing as. hereinbefore mentioned is hereby
ordered, subject to the . execution- of a, joint powers agreement with
the City of Roseville.

• The motion for the adoption of' the foregoing resolution was duly
moved by Councilman Ranallo seconded by Councilman Sundland
and on vote being taken thereon, the following Council members
voted in favor thereof :
Haik, Letourneau, Marks-, Ranallo, and Sundland
and the following voted against the same :
none.
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted and was
signed by the Mayor and her signature attested by the City Clerk.
