A RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO
GRANT ELIMINATION OF SIDEWALK
CONSTRUCTION. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
COUNTY ROAD "D"
WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony desires to begin the reconstruc-
tion of County Road "D" ; and
WHEREAS , the aforementioned reconstruction would include sidewalk
construction on the south and/or north side (s) of County Road
"D" ; and .
WHEREAS, the north side of County Road "D" lies within Ramsey
County; and
WHEREAS, the .south side of . County Road "D" lies within Hennepin
County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony desires the sidewalk to be constructed on the south
side of County Road "D" .
�. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony requests the County of Ramsey to grant the elimination
of sidewalk construction on the north side of County Road "D" .
