A RESOLUTION REQUESTING .RAMSEY COUNTY
TO. WAIVE MAJOR STREET .PLAN REQUIREMENT
FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, NuWay Builders , Inc. is the .developer for the proposed
St. Anthony Court in the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS , proposed plat for. said project .has .been submitted to
Ramsey County,-, Engineering Division; and
WHEREAS, the County Major Street Plan from -the Ramsey County Eng-
ineer requires NuWay Builders, Inc. to delegate an additional right-
of-way off of Silver Lake Road adjacent to- the St. Anthony Court
plat; and
WHEREAS, said requirement would. cause- undue hardship in the develop-
ment of St. Anthony Court,
\, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony requests that Ramsey County waive the :Major Street
Plan requirement for an additional right-of-way for the development
of St. Anthony Court.
