A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST.ANTHONY
TO PURCHASE THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN BRIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony accept the
Bill of Sale for the fee of $1 .00.
Said bridge is located at St. Anthony Boulevard, East of
State Highway 88 in the City•of St. Anthony. and
WHEREAS, this Agreement is contingent upon the City -of
St. Anthony being able to receive Federal and State funds
for repair of bridge, otherwise said bridge will be sold back
to the Burlington Northern Railroad for said fee of $1 .00.
Adopted this day of 1981 .
