RESOLUTION 81-046
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR. CONSTRUCTION
ON ANTHONY LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the .City - of . Roseville have a
joint powers agreement to provide .for storm sewer and street
reconstruction (in the City of St. Anthony) and watermain con-
struction (in the City of Roseville)_ on. Anthony Lane North.; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received for said . construction for the
three separate sections- of the joint project; and
WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony desires to- proceed with said
construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Councilof the City
of St. Anthony accepts the bid from KENKO, INC.
for. storm sewer, street. and watermain construction on Anthony Lane
North and adjoining property, pursuant to the aforementioned joint
• powers agreement.
Adopted this a 3 day of 1981 .
