WHEREAS , the City Council desires to: study redevelopment
options on the Walbon property. .
WHEREAS., the City desires to engage consultants to provide
expertise in the study.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED, that the .planning research
firm of..Westwood Planning and.. Engineering Company is hereby
engaged ..to undertake saidstudy for fee (s)" not to exceed
$400. 00 .
