ANTHONY 13`; RESOLUTION 81-070 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE SANITARY SEWER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has prepared the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan and has submitted said Plan to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and the Metropolitan .Council. in accordance with the Metropolitan Sewer. Act of 1979 ; and WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission; and WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony agrees to submit an Infiltration/ Inflow Study to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission upon its completion. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby adopts the final draft of the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan in its entirety on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. 04 Adopted this �7 day* of ©r4ohe.r— , 1981.
