A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1981 BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the following budget transfer be made in the Police Depart-
ment overtime account due to a Police Officer 's heart attack and
absence from duty for three months , resulting in several shifts_
having to be filled at the overtime rate of pay.
Section I - WHEREAS , pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Section
412. 731 , and
WHEREAS , the excess amount in the indicated account be .appropriated
in the following manner:

101-4110-1100 $3 , 500 .00 101-4110-1110 $3 , 500 .00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the above be appropriated to the
indicated accounts.
