A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWSPAPER
FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1982
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony ,
Minnesota, that the St. Anthony edition of the Bulletin, a
- legal newspaper of general circulation in the City , be hereby
designated as the official newspaper of the City for 1982
in which shall be published such measures and matters as
are by-laws of this State and City Code required to be
published; and such other matters as the Council may deem
advisable and in the public interest to have published.

RESOLUTION 81-076
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1981 BUDGET
.BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that th-e following budget transfer is necessary due to numerous
watermain breaks this winter causing a shortage in the overtime
salary budget.
From Fund and Account To Fund and Account
703-4820-1100 (Water, Regular 703-4820-1110 (Water Overtime -

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above be appropriated to
