A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1982
AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has
considered its construction program, and
WHEREAS , the Council deems it necessary to establish a time
limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure
adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures as
established in the Minnesota State Statutes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final
day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be
• included in the 1982 construction program.
