RESOLUTION 82-010
A RESOLUTION SETTING PRIORITY PREFERENCE
• OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY REGARDING
LEGISLATIVE REAPPORTIONMENT
WHEREAS, it has been mandated that legislative districts be
reapportioned in accordance with the laws of the State of Minne-
sota; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is presently located in two districts ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE ITRESOLVED that the City Council of St. Anthony
be hereby placed on record as recommending the following priorities
for determination of districts effecting the City of St. Anthony .
(.1.) The first preference of the City Council is that the current
alignment be maintained.
(2) The second priority of the City Council is that the City be
located in conjunction with the City- of Minneapolis .
(3) The third preference of the City Council is that the City be
located in conjunction with. the Northeast suburbs .
(4) The fourth priority of the City Council is that the City be
located- in conjunction with the City of St. Paul .
