RESOLUTION 82-016
A RESOLUTION SETTING, FEES-' FOR INITIAL
APPLICATION- AND RENEWALS OF PIULTI-DWELLING LICENSES
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of St.- Anthony adopted a
multiple dwelling ordinance. which .specifies tha:t. the City Council
shall set fees for multiple -.dwelling licenses ; and
WHEREAS , this rate shall be set from -time to time by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the Multiple Housing
License'-Fee .is hereby set at $1..00. per. apartment dwelling unit
and -shall remain. at said rate until changed by Resolution of
the City Council . Said fee. is to become effective June 1,
1982 . . Said license will be valid for a period of 1 year at
which time the applicant must renew said license at the rate
then effective.
