RESOLUTION 82-023
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR
RECONSTRUCTION/REPLACEMENT OF THE
ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD BRIDGE
WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires recon-
struction/replacement of the St. -Anthony Boulevard Bridge over the
Burlington Northern railroad. tracks in St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, bids for said project were advertised for, received and
let.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that .the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony does hereby accept. the bid from Matheny, Construction
for the reconstruction/replacement of. .the St'. Anthony Boulevard
Bridge in the amount of $496 , 659 . 48 on behalf of the
City of St. Anthony .
Adopted this a day of MA "1 1982 .
