RESOLUTION 82-034
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A NEW PRECINCT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota .that due to the redistricting of the State , the City of
St. Anthony now will have an additional precinct which will be
Hennepin County - Precinct #3 .. Said precinct polling place will
be Wilshire Park ' Elementary School Gym., 3600 Highcrest Road N.E. ,
St. Anthony, Minnesota 55418.
The area making- up Precinct #3--is south side of 37th Avenue N.E.
from Penrod Lane .N.E. to Highcrest. Road N.E. , south to 36th Avenue
N.E. then westerly to Chelmsford Road N.E. , then north on Chelmsford
Road N.E. to Edgemere Avenue N.E. then westerly to Penrod Lane N.E.
Notices to be sent to affected registered voters notifying them of
their change from Hennepin County ,. Precinct #2 to the new Hennepin
County , Precinct' #3 and the change of the polling location.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony -approves the addition of Hennepin County, Precinct #3
of. which the first election in this new precinct will be the State
Primary Election to be held September 14 , 1982 .
