RESOLUTION 82-036
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 12 FOOT LAND TRANSFER .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony , on July 27 ,
1982 , reviewed the transferof the east 12 feet of Lot 11 , Block 1 ,
Penrod Addition to Lot 10 , Block- l', Penrod Addition for compliance
with the City' s platting regulations and so finding.., a motion to
approve the transfer was carried unanimously.
NOW, THEREFORE;.•-BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony does approve by Resolution. the transfer of the east 12
feet of Lot 11, Block 1, Penrod Addition to -Lot. 10.,. Block 1, Penrod
Addition.
