A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING OF MOTOR'
• VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES OF COUNTY ROAD D
FROM BELDEN DRIVE TO HIGHCREST ROAD
WHEREAS , the County has planned the improvement of County Road D
from Silver Lake Road to I -35W.
WHEREAS, the County will be expending Federal Aid Urban funds on the
improvement of said .street , and
WHEREAS, said improvement does -not conform to the approved minimum
standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and
that approval of the proposed construction .as a County State Aid street
project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions ,
and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary
prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Federal Aid Urban
project in the City, has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, tha't the CJ-ty requests the.
County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of County
Road D from Belden Drive to Highcrest Road, at all times.
