RESOLUTION 82-052
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUND #506
WHEREAS , debt service fund No. 506 has met all outstanding
liabilities for principal, interest and -other payments ; and
WHEREAS ; the City Council of. the City of St. Anthony desires
to release the monies in this fund for other purposes ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED, that $5 ,262 be transferred from
fund #506 , thereby terminating this fund and transferring said
sum to fund #201, '. General Reserve Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any.- future receivables , due to
the present fund #506 , be received into - the General Reserve
Fund, #201 .
