A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY PROPERTY
FOR .PUBLIC AUCTION
WHEREAS , the Hennepin County Department of Property Taxation
has requested Council approval of certain City of St. Anthony
property , described as Plat 63604 , Parcel 9020 , Property I .D.
06-029-23-42-0124 , for public auction; and
WHEREAS , said. property has been deemed a tax forfeited parcel
and not approved for sale; and
WHEREAS , said property cannot be improved because of non-com-
pliance with local ordinance and/or request conveyance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ' that the City .Council of the
City of St. .Anthony herebyapproves the above-described parcel,
located in the City of St. Anthony, to be let for public
auction.
