RESOLUTION 82-059
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE PUBLIC WORKS . DIRECTOR TO SIGN THE
APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS
WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony desires to apply for con-
veyance of tax-forfeited property located within the City
boundaries and situated in the County of -Hennepin; and
WHEREAS , said property is described as Plat 63753 , Parcel
1827 , P. I . D. 06-029-23-12-0118.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Public
Works Director are hereby authorized to sign the legal docu-
ment entitled "Application By Governmental Subdivision For
Conveyance of Tax-Forfeited Lands" on behalf of the City of
St. Anthony.
