RESOLUTION 82-061
• A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 37th AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
WHEREAS , Ramsey County, in conjunction with Hennepin County , and the
Cities of Roseville , New Brighton and St. Anthony, has prepared plans
for the reconstruction of 37th Avenue (County Road "D") from Silver
Lake Road to I-35W; and
WHEREAS, reconstruction of 37th Avenue will require the acquisition
of right-of-way in the City of St. Anthony and plans for such
acquisition have been submitted to the City of St. Anthony for review
and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony as follows :
The right-of-way plans for the St. Anthony portion of the 37th
Avenue Reconstruction from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest are
hereby approved subject to the condition that said plans be
amended to show that from Highcrest to Foss Road the proposed
8' sidewalk be adjacent to the curb , that the. County make a
specific effort to save the ash trees adjacent to the project
and , further, that the County agree to provide reasonable
compensation for said trees , should they fail to survive for
• a reasonable amount of time after completion of the project.
