A RESOLUTION 'ACCEPTING. THE BID FROM
BERGERSON AND CASWELL., INC. TO PERFORM
THE PULLING OF THE .PUMP_ AT CITY WATER WELL #3
WHEREAS , the pulling of the pump at City Water Well #3 has
been deemed necessary; and
WHEREAS , the City of St. . Anthony- has received four bids for-
the pulling of the pump and. possible -repairs to Well #3 , the
lowest bid being that from -Bergerson and. Caswell, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS , it has been determined- and agreed upon , the only
job to be performed, .at this time , by Berger.son and Caswell,
Inc. ,. will be the pulling of the pump; the repairs to be let
for bid at an unspecified future date.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT, RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
accepts the bid made by Bergerson and Caswell, Inc. - for the
pulling of the pump at City Water Well #3 on behalf of the
City of St. Anthony .
