RESOLUTION 83-026
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING- THE BID FROM
MACQUEEN EQUIPMENT, INC. FORA TRUCK DUMP
BODY AND. HOIST
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined the need to
purchase a dump body and hoist to be installed on a City truck;
and
WHEREAS, bids .were requested, received and low bidder was determined
to be MacQueen Equipment, Inc. , St. Paul, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby accepts the low bid of $4 ,628 .00 from MacQueen
Equipment, Inc. - for the purchase of a truck dump body and hoist.
