City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the following budget modifications are necessary to bring the 1983 salary -and fringe budgets into balance with what the actual expendi- tures will be in 1983. These modifications are based on contract settlements completed after the preparation and approval of the 1983 budget. The budget increases will be off-set by additional revenues as well as expenditures in other categories below previously budgeted amounts .
