.A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1984
AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered
its construction. program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems . it necessary to .establish a time
limit on the requests for public improvements_ so as to insure
adequate time to comply with the -improvement procedures .as established
in the Minnesota State Statutes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED., that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for
accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in the
1984 construction program.
