A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
WATERMAIN INTERCONNECTION
WHEREAS, it is the intention, of the City of St. -Anthony to purchase
water from the City of Roseville, on a temporary basis; and
WHEREAS, -St. Anthony has received a proposal from the engineering
firm of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. for the preparation of plans
and specifications for the construction of a watermain along 29th
Avenue N.E. to, provide temporary water to a portion of St. Anthony
from the Roseville system; and
WHEREAS, said proposal shall be prepared at a cost of $7,000 ,
which cost would be reimbursed from the State Superfund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of
St. Anthony hereby accepts the proposal from Short-Elliott-Hendrick-
son, Inc. for said plans and specifications at a cost of $7,000 .
