A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATERMAIN INTERCONNECTION
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of St. Anthony to purchase
water from the City of Roseville on a temporary basis; and
WHEREAS, St. Anthony has received four bids for the construction of
a watermain for an interconnection to the City of Roseville 's system.
The low bid of an amount not to exceed $127,090 was submitted by
R. W. Moore, with the total project cost not to exceed $134 ,090,
plus attorney ' s. fees (if . the City is unable to rent or borrow an
8 inch meter). .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, subject to the Cities of St. Paul
and Roseville .(Roseville has a certain contract for water services
with St. Paull agreeing to the connection of the Roseville water system -
to a portion of St. Anthony, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby awards the contract for said watermain construction to R. W.
Moore, as proposed.
