A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT WITH KAVOURAS, INC.
REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A -DOPPLER RADAR SYSTEM
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony desires to donate to the United States of
America, Department of Commerce, 'National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,
National Weather Service a Triton Doppler Radar System; . and
WHEREAS, bids were �let and subsequently awarded to Kavouras,. Inc. in the amount
of $68,186.00.
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been drafted which specifies the terms and conditions
of said purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to enter into the Agreement entitled "Agreement Between City of
St. Anthony and Kavouras Inc. Regarding Purchase of Doppler Radar System"
on behalf of the City of St. Anthony.
