A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPOINTMENT OF
RICHARD . ENROOTH TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHREAS , an opening on the Board of Directors of the Rice Creek
Watershed District has been announced and nominations sought;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Enrooth, currently a St. Anthony Village
Councilmember, former Planning Commissioner and currently an
active member of the Rice Creek Watershed District's 509 Task
Force is seeking that office; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the .City of St. Anthony feels that
Richard Enrooth would be a valuable addition to the Watershed
.District Board in providing stability, sound judgement and an
unbiased perspective.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT `RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby strongly recommends to the Ramsey County
Board of .Commissioners the consideration -of Richard Enrooth,
3300 Skycroft ,Drive N.E:, .St-. 'Anthony, Minnesota, for the
upcoming appointment to the Rice Creek Watershed District Board
of Directors .
