A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1985
AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,- the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered its con-
struction program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on the
requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to comply with
the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota State Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the' City of St. Anthony
hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accepting petitions for
• public improvements to be included in the 1985 construction program.
Adopted this day of Zo-n.u-0-r! 1985.
