RESOLUTION 85-030
APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
TO C.S.A.H. OR T.H. PROJECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of St.. Anthony,
to participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.t.A.H. No. 93
within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.A.P. No. 27-693-02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,. -that we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal
State Aid Street Funds the sum of $41 ,090.75 'dollars to apply toward the con-
struction of said project and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve
this authorization.
