RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
EASEMENTS IN VACATED HARDING *
STREET
After discussion ofa- motion by Rana 110 to vacate --a
portion of certain easements located in vacated Harding Street ,
it was' deemed- in the interest of the public to grant the vacation.
Council member Ra'nallo introduced the following resolu-
tion- and moved its adoption:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the- City Council of the
City of St. Anthony that the following described
easements which were . created by the documents
indicated:
1. The utility easement and right of ingress and
egress described in Clerk's certificate dated
June 26, 1959, recorded July 1, 1959, as
Document No. 3184160.
2 . The utility easement- described in Warranty
Deed dated November 9, 1963, recorded December
• 5, 1963, as Document No. 3447185.
3 . The utility easement described in Resolution
dated June 9, 1964, recorded June 30,- 1964, as
Document No. 3483350
are hereby declared and ordered vacated and
discontinued as to the following described
property:
That part of the 'vacated Harding Street, ST.
ANTHONY- VILLAGE COMMERCIAL CENTER ADDITION NO.
1, according to, the recorded plat thereof on
file and of record in the County Recorders
Office, Hennepin County, Minnesota described
as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 5
of said plat; thence on an assumed bearing of
N 50 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds East, a
distance of 328 .86 feet; thence .S _ 62 degrees
50 minutes 16 seconds East, along center .line
of vacated Sunset Avenue, 50.00 feet; thence S.
27 degrees 09 minutes 44 .seconds West, a
• distance of 30 feet to . the point of beginning
of that portion to be vacated; thence contain-
-ing S 27 degrees 09 minutes 44 seconds West, a
distance- of 33 .00 feet; thence S 62 ' degrees 50
minutes 16. seconds East, parallel with the
said centerline of vacated Sunset Avenue, 4 . 50
feet; thence S 27 degrees 09 minutes 44
seconds North, a distance of 27 .00 feet to a
line distant 90 .00 feet southwesterly of and
measured at a rightangle to the centerline of
vacated Sunset Avenue; thence S 62 degrees 50
minutes 16 seconds East, along said parallel
line, to its intersection with the east line
of said vacated Harding Street; thence
northerly along the said east line of vacated
Harding .Street to its intersection with a line
parallel . with and distant 30 feet south-
westerly as measured at a right angle to the
said centerline of vacated Sunset Avenue;-
thence N 62 degrees 50 minutes 16 seconds
West, along said parallel line to the point of
beginning.
And that 'the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the
• proper county offices- notice o.f said vacation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded
by Marks and upon a vote being taken, thereon,
the following voted' in favor thereof : Ranallo, Marks, Sundland & Enrooth
and the following voted against
same : None
Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted.

Clerk of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, do hereby certify
that the attached resolution, which is hereby made a part of this
Notice, was duly adopted by the St . Anthony City Council at its
regular meeting on _January 14 , 1986 , after a public
hearing thereon preceded by two weeks ' published and posted notice,
that said resolution has not been amended, annulled or rescinded
by the St . Anthony City Council , and that the vacation described
in said resolution was completed at the time of adoption of said
resolution on January 14 1986.

hereby give notice that the following resolution is intended
to be duly adopted by the St . Anthony City Council at its
regular meeting on Jlanuary 14 11986
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of St . Anthony that the following described
easements which were created by the documents
