RESOLUTION 86-031
A RESOLUTION OPPOSING VARIANCES TO THE MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS OF THE MINNESOTA GAMBLING LAW
BE IT RESOLVED, by its City Council, that the City of St. Anthony
opposes granting any variances to the minimum requirements of
the Minnesota Gambling law which would allow more than four gambling
occasions per location per week or more than two occasions per
week for any given organization in the City of St. Anthony.
Adopted this 23rd day of September 1986.
