A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for local improvements , Street
Improvement #905, Storm Sewer Improvement #906 and Sewer and
Water Improvement #908, were previously adopted and certified to
the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and
WHEREAS, since such adoption, certain property included in said
assessment rolls has now been subdivided, resulting in Division
No. DA 060278.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA:
That the County Auditor apportion the outstanding special
• assessments as follows:
A. Original Parcel ( 31-30-23-44-0057-6) , subj . to rd. ; the
fol. ; ex.N. 75 ft. of E 1/2 ; Lot 8 and all of Lots 9 thru 13 ,
Block 11, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition.
