RESOLUTION 87-020
A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING CDBG FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony deems it
appropriate to attempt to fund the Kenzie Terrace Pedestrian
Signal Project as soon as possible; and
WHEREAS, the City attempted to complete funding of the Kenzie
Terrace Pedestrian Signal Project through the Hennepin County
CDBG Discretionary Fund and was unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, funds for the Housing Rehabilitation Program in St.
Anthony have remained unexpended for several years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby reallocates the 15,000 dollars remaining in
Project 22932 (Housing Rehabilitation) to Project 22085 (Kenzie
• Terrace Pedestrial Signal) .
