A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for local improvements, Street
Improvement #904, Storm Sewer Improvement #906, were previously
adopted and certified to ' the County Auditor of Ramsey County;
and
WHEREAS, since such .adoption, certain property included in said
assessment rolls has now been subdivided, resulting in Division
No. DD060784.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony as follows:
A. Original Parcel ( 31-30-23-42-004-8 ) , that part of Lot 1, ex.
the E 137 .8 ft. lying -N. of Lot 2 and its ext. W being in
SD Lot 1 , Block 1, Blanske Addition. _
