RESOLUTION 87-031
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPOINTMENT OF
RICHARD ENROOTH TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, an opening on the Board of Directors of the Rice Creek
Watershed District has been announced and nominations sought; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Enrooth, currently a St. Anthony Village
Councilmember, former Planning Commissioner and who was an active
member of both the Rice Creek Watershed District' s 509 Task Force
and the Middle Mississippi Watershed Committee, is seeking that
office; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony feels
that Richard Enrooth would be a valuable addition to the Water-
shed District Board in providing stability, sound judgement and
an unbiased perspective.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby strongly recommends to the Ramsey County
Board of Commissioners the consideration of Richard Enrooth, 3300
Skycroft Drive 'N.E. , St. Anthony, Minnesota, for the upcoming
appointment to the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of
Directors.
