A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL
FROM SHORT-ELLIOTT-HENDRICKSON, INC.
FOR ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
CITY' S 1988 MSA FUNDS
WHEREAS, a proposal has been submitted herewith for the main-
tenance and administration of the City of St. Anthony' s 1988
MSA (Minnesota State Aid) Fund account from Short-Elliott-
Hendrickson, Inc. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony hereby accepts said proposal for an amount not
to exceed $2,000. 00 .

Dear Larry:
In accordance with our previous conversation, we are pleased to
submit the following proposal for the administration and
maintenance of your 1988 MSA Fund account.
• We propose to do all work normally associated with the
administration of this account, including all correspondence with
the Minnesota Department of Transportation district and central
offices, the annual bridge inspection and documentation, as well
as the submittal of all required data including needs reports and
mileage certification.
We propose to do this work on an hourly basis under a multiplier
of 2. 10 times payroll cost plus mileage and out of pocket
expenses. We estimate that this fee will not exceed $2,000.
We appreciate the opportunity to present this proposal and will
consider it , an agreement .between us upon_ its acceptance by. you
and your written notification thereof.
