A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to motion of the Council passed July 22 , 1986,
a report has been prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates,
Inc. (RCM) with reference to the improvement of St. Anthony
Boulevard between the Burlington Northern Bridge and the southern
City limits line to reconstruct the existing roadway with a new
bituminous roadway with new curb and cutter and replacing
existing catch basins and leads, and this report was received by
the Council on January 27 , 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. ANTHONY,
MINNESOTA:
1 . The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an esti-
mated total cost of the improvement of $440 ,000 . 00 .
2 . A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 12th day of January, 1988 , in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall at 8 : 00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements
as required by law.
